Leaking Lockshield and Expansion valve pressure questions

Hi, on my Potterton Puma 80 what pressure should the expansion vessel be at? What effect does increasing/decreasing that pressure have on the CH.

I have a couple of Lockshields that leak when fully/almost closed, to balance the system i need them almost closed. Can they be serviced whilst in use or should i replace them when i drain down to do the EV pressure?

Repressure to 1.5 bar but flex hose that joins vessel to diverter valve usally blocks up will need unblocking/replacing.

Tighten up gland nuts on lsv if that doent work re-pack gland nuts with ptfe or replace them complete.
