leaking polystyrene insulation

hi all,

I have just discovered that polystyrene balls are leaking out of a small gap above my front door (on the outside). Over the past few days hundreds of little balls have appeared on my doorstep. Not really sure what is causing it or what to do about it -any advice gratefully received

Plug up the hole for now.. and investigate what caused the hole.. is it a crack? or mortar fallen out etc..

what you have to do is make sure you gather up all the balls so you can put them back.

A couple of months ago my balls fell out by the front door when the postman knocked me up and answered the door in my underpants............but I did gather them up and put them back in
