Leaking Pressure Differential Assembly

Hi

I've got a Baxi 105e Combi with a leaking Pressure Differential Assembly. It's only a small leak, coming though the pushrod hole.

Does anyone know whether it is ok to just replace the diaphragm within the assembly or is it best to replace the whole assembly?

You can get an overhaul kit for it, if you can spare the time to clean all the bits from limescale and magnetite without damaging anything.
