baxi 105e water leak

Hi,
There is a water leak between the 3 way valve assembly (diverter manifold) and the DHW pressure differential valve. The leak is coming from one of the grub screw holes that hold the two parts together. Is this a leaky seal / diaphragm or does the valve assembly need replacing ?
