Hello

We took the radiator out in the bathroom in order to get to the bath panel
off, which was easy BUT now the remaining pipe leading to the valve which did have the radiator atached to it is now leaking. It is leaking from both the join where the valve meets the pipe and half way down the pipe.

Does anyone know the best way to repair the pipe: would epoxy around the area leaking suffice?

Thanks

Okay - drain down and a new pipe?

But I have now found out that the pipe isn't leaking as such, but the water is leaking from where the stop-valve meets the pipe. Could a new stopvalve be in order?

Do I have to drain the whole heating system in order to replace the one stopvalve?

What type of joint is leaking? If it's a compression joint can't you tighten it a little.
