If you mean that the 1/2" fitting that holds the air bleed valve is leaking, then you could just try tightening it, or isolate this rad, drain a bit of water out, remove and re-fit this fitting.
If you mean the radiator has corroded, then you will have to replace the radiator.
If you mean the radiator has corroded, then you will have to replace the radiator.
