Apologies, I'm sure this must have been covered but I can't find it!

We have a Wickes frame-less shower and water is leaking from the door. Investigation shows the problem is water is running down the door, getting into the strip at the bottom and then running out the end of the strip, bypassing all the seals!

We've tried a blob of sealant on the ends of the strip but the problem remains.

I'm guessing a better seal between the strip and the door is needed, obviously I'm not going to run sealant on the door so I'm not sure what to do...

The strip on the door came with the kit and looks like an H (with splayed bottom) so I think it's the right strip...

Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

If it was a self assembley job is there any chance of :-

a) the door being fitted inside-out or

b) the frame bottom section being fitted on the wrong way round

Wasn't fitted by me (I'm not that brave/ capable!). Everything looks exactly as it should be & lines up with a threshold chrome strip.

I'm 99% certain that it's in correct, just not sure how to stop water taking the path it does?
