leaking storage tank

water slowly dripping from hot water storage tank in two places - front bottom and bottom left side. Have put containers down and switched off both sockets. how bad is this and what's wrong?

should add its a Backer BS311C, not that that means anything to me

assume backer is make although I've never heard of them, leaks on cylinder means a replacement required.

Backer made immersion heater elements, are you sure you are not reading that off the immersion cover plate?
