Leaking three way tap, which cartridge do I need

Hi,

My three way has started to leak and I have noticed this is related to the water filter tap section. I've looked online and seems I need to replace the cartridge which goes on the side. However, I have no idea where this tap is from or who its manufactured by as it was installed before we moved in.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Looks very like one I fitted few weeks ago cascade 3 way tap from fountain softeners.
