Leaking toilet valve

Hi all, I have woken this morning to a wet floor area around my toilet, I have done some routing around and have found this black valve seems to be the issue, I have turned the screw 90deg to stop the water from filling, I also believe I need to turn the water mains off?? As I'm no plumber I haven't seen one off these sort of valves before, if I'm to replace it, do I need to replace the flexi pipe too? And how do I make sure it's safe before removing the pipe? Any ideas would be great

I always prefer a separate isolation valve to flexible connector. Are you sure it is leaking at the black pushfit connection to the copper, or is it leaking at the connection to the cistern filling valve?

Hi thanks for the reply, I've double checked the connection to the cistern filling valve and the flexi pipe but there is no sign of a leak, the only location that is leaking is from is the push fit connection that is letting out lots of drips?

You will need to change the flexible coupler them. Turn cold water off and drain. Fit new isolation valve and compression tap connector. You will need a short piece of pipe to join the two together.
