leaking triton shower pump....

Hi, my shower pump has started leaking

Opened it up and noticed that the leak seems to be from the bottom two pipes ... the lower entry (unused pipes) which are blocked off

will i need to totally remove the unit from the wall and remove the two "plugs" and get new one's or is there a simpler fix I can do?
