Shower started leaking from here mid way through showering

Hi everyone, first post on here, looking for some advice. My triton shower started leaking from the top of the outlet. See attached image. Circled area is the outlet bit. It is leaking where this bit attaches to the black unit. Any ideas what to do. DIY is not my specialty! I don't have a pump attached. Any help would really be appreciated! This doesn't happen when the hose is hanging low, only when it is above waist height. No blockage, new triton hose, also tried new shower head.

Seal failed between the white bit and the black bit. Remove white bit and inspect

Many thanks for your help, I have removed it but there is nothing there, do these seals just disintegrate over 2years?

Is it the pressure relief device?

No, changed that, I was advised at first to change that.

I've just bought an o ring that I put into the top of the outlet, it seems to have stopped leaking finally! Must have dissolved the old one. Thanks for your help. You and everyone who chipped in.
