Leaky motorized valve

I dont think the valve would be too difficult to remove, as the pipe to the bottom port comes up from the floorboards and I know there is slack there. The valve is an ACL Lifestyle, but I guess they are all similar.The good news is there is no sign of a leak at the moment so its fingers crossed!
