leveling FF

Just bought a Bosch fridge freezer model number KGN 27NWFAG, the two front feet are supposed to be adjustable but i cannot get the left foot to move, it has small slots in it but nothing will move it anyone any help please.

You could put a furniture cup under that foot and adjust the other foot to level.

Some appliances only have one adjustable foot to enable levelling up. I would be tempted to lay the FF down to check it should actually move. Is the other photo one of the other feet?

Update, Bosch sent out a new foot I fitted it and finally got the Fridge freezer level.
