Levelling patio

Hi
My old patio consisting of slabs. All secure but not 100% flat.
Is there any type of levelling compound that could be poured on top? Looking to put up a lean too.

I suppose you could construct a small framework around the patio and pour self levelling compound over it but I don't know how deep it would need to be to prevent cracking when walked on. Also, as it is outdoors, you may need to use a sealer to prevent water ingress after it has set.
