LG Fridge freezer (freezer not freezing)

The fridge is working Ok, but the freezer shelf at the top is only half freezing the food. There's a control for the fridge but not one that i can see for the freezer.

Model: 31RE3006

Any suggestions welcome

is the fridge in a cold area like a garage where the average temperature is well below around 15 degrees
