LG - Scroll back in time - Guide

Two different models of LG TV, and both have lost the ability, to scroll back through the guide to watch (stream) past scheduled programs.

The left (past) arrow at the top is greyed out, as is the similar one adjacent to each channel which supports showing programs you have missed.

TV's having lost internet connection (wifi/cabled?) is the most likely I think.

Possibly the catchup epg server gone awol? May be LG or Freeview Play or YouView operated (I'm not 100% sure which)? Or access to it via your router/ISP being blocked

My Panny Freeview Play TV has the backward EPG working at 17:16.

Possibly the catchup epg server gone awol?

It wasn't at my end - Internet was fine, but it is now back to normal. Must have been, as you say, the server.
