Hi all

I have a LG washing machine model F4J610SS which works great but noticed on when it spins it doesn't make a noise but as soon as it stops to force of spinning and naturally spinning there is a rattle. I have ensured it is levelled with a spirit level and it doesn't shake, it's just the sound.

Any ideas? Appreciate an advice.

Many thanks

It sounds like something vibrates at a particular frequency. Try holding the sides of the machine when the noise happens to see if you can feel or stop it. Also check that the supply cable & the waste pipe are not vibrating against the back of the machine.

I’ll try this out next time. I’ve checked it’s not cable or waste pipe last time. It’s a weird one

Thanks

Putting weight on the top or holding the sides didn’t help. Also noticed it’s worse with clothes in, that video was taken empty drum
