Very simply is this at all possible to lift and then later re-lay Karndean tiles?

Unfortunately our underfloor heating isn't performing as required, I suspect largely due to both chipboard&ply in the floor which ideally I would like to remove but can't access without removing the expensive Karndean!

The odd tile if it comes up ok then yes. just sand of any adhesive on the back of the tile.
