I have a large area of cherry wood on engineered floor boards. they are T&G and were glued with standard PVA glue about 4 years ago. I want to remove the floor and salvage some of it. Is there a way to lift it and separate the planks - ie overcoming the glue? Many thanks

Tricky one. The PVAC has done its job and most T&G will become damaged and even damage the boards when using force to remove board from board. You can use the boards who are not damaged again if you remove the tongues and stick the floor down with parquet adhesive.
