Light doesn't turn on in morning - turns on in evening.

Hi Guys,

Interesting one here.

I have a light circuit that doesn't turn on in the mornings but does turn on in the evenings.
This has started happening in winter, so I'm thinking a loose connection with a contracting cable due to temperature?
If I leave the light on during the night, then it stays on.
Any hints on where to look?

If any of the wiring is aluminium you should replace it with copper. Aluminium is less flexible and you can get a crack in the wire anywhere that it has been bent backwards and forwards a few times.

Thanks for the hint - nope - no aluminium anywhere in the house electrics...
It did finally resolve itself and stop happening...
