So, we're after building a boundary wall. 1m high.

We'd like it to fit in and match the style opposite, which looks like a limestone wall, mortared.

Every time I google for stone suppliers, I get dry stone walls, which this isn't. I assume I need blocks rather than "walling".

Any tips for suppliers? The wall is less 'yellow' than cotswold stone. I know it'll never be a perfect match..

Look for "stone masons" who will then advise you on sources and if it is not a DIY wall quote you for the work.

It is not cheap. It can be done DIY but that "random appearance requires a lot of skill and experience in choosing each stone to fit. ( just had a small area of wall repaired )
