A certain member of the household, keeps wacking the TRV4's up to maximum, under the mistaken impression that when a room is cold, it will warm the room up. Of course they never get turned back down again, until I spot them, so I have in mind to somehow restrict the range to less than the max setting.

The most sensible way being to insert a spacer between the valve pin and the underside of the TRV4 where it expands to push the pin down.

I have some machining facilities - Does anyone know how thick such a spacer would need to be, to limit the TRV4 to around mid-range? Or a specification of mm moved per 10C?
