Hi

Have an 04 tdci 115 mondeo with 88k on the clock.

Now i have code P132A as a fault.
Not great as i have an electronic actuator so the whole damn turbo has to be replaced.
Can't get it done straight away as i need a car and earliest i can get a courtesy car is 17th
So as i know what the problem is and while it has no guts but still drives would it be ok to use in limp mode for a short while??

Thanks for your help

Martin

The question is what does code 132A imply/mean. As it probably just needs a crank angle sensor or EGR or temp switch or etc..
The use of a Code Reader would be a good thing with code meanings.
Every guy who likes toys should have one, see Father Christmas.
As too limp home mode, your car will be down powered, but drivable, too wherever. Wherever you think, but not long distances. 15 mile max.
Keep the speed down (well should be down anyway) and you should be ok.
But get it sorted before it starts to cut out while driving. If this does happen park it up at home.
Gordon..
