Lintel Failure?

Hi

Can anyone confirm if it looks as though the lintel has failed?

1930’s semi and new patio doors were installed by the previous owners approx 4 years ago.

There’s no cracks etc internal and doesn't appear to be visibly sagging. Noticed it last year and it doesn’t seem to be getting any bigger. Any help would be much appreciated!

Looks like it’s cracked on the edge of a bead used for rendering.

That makes sense. The beading at the bottom round some of the house is a mess too. Thanks
