lintel for waste pipe passing through foundation

im about trench fill 80cm deep for a conservatory foundation, i have a drain pipe passing through one part of the foundation and was wondering if it would be ok to make a strong concrete mix rebar reinforced lintel of my own or do i need a prestressed item?

drain is a plastic pipe that runs to my septic tank.

sorry simple question but not a whole lo of clarity on tinternet

As long as it is adequately bridged over, there is no specific method on how you do it. You do need to keep 50mm clearance above the pipe, and some space at the sides as well.[/i]
