Lintel/padstone availability (again)

Hi all. Just want to thank you for your help. I face timed the SE today and showed him the wall. He settled on a 440 padstone above two course of Engineering bricks then the 7n blocks all the way to DPC.

Feels like that could have been decided yesterday but hey ho.
