Living room spot lights briefly flashing off and back on

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on where to start with this

This morning I have noticed several times that my living room spotlights have briefly flashed off, almost like they've blinked, then came back on again, they are only off for a fraction of a second.

The spotlights are 240v supply directly from the mains (not through transformer), no other lighting is on so not sure if it's affecting anywhere else also nothing else on the house such as shower, washing machine etc is on
Anybody have any ideas?

Short power cuts maybe?

Switch has got some crud in it so making a high resistance connection
Loose terminal screw somewhere
Micro power cuts
Next door doing some welding
All sorts..
