Was wondering if anyone had any comments on the following?

In a particularly small double bedroom, I can place an 1800 mm tall vertical 3-column rad in the corner beside the window (red option).

Alternatively, I could place an 1800 mm tall vertical 2-column rad on the left when entering door (green option), immediately after the light switch. 2-column because this would reduce the width so it's less imposing when entering through the door. Would need more bars to increase output back up, so would be wider left to right on wall than red option.

Red option pros: Not imposing when entering room
Red option cons: To some extent is unaesthetic when looking out of the window which has a reasonably nice view.

Green option pros: Doesn't impact on view out window.
Green option cons: Perhaps imposing when entering room. More likelihood it could get scraped.

Perhaps it should be beside window with respect to air flow?

Thamks.

Normally you site a radiator based on it heating up the room with no draughts, not on views out of the window. o_O
