Hi, obtaining quotes for boarding the loft (150sq ft) and some say re-inforced joists are better than loft leg types.
what are people's views on this? Yes, they would say that to get more work, but I am more interested in the merits vs cons - if I can use it as a space to store heavy things like a bed etc and later covert to living space then that would be good.... thanks in advance
