loft converion

I have an old terrace house and was thinking of coverting my loft just for storage use - no windows required.

Any advice on this - the beams on the roof and floor are both 3x2" I was basically just going to board over the floor and platerboad the walls. (hopefully cutting down the dust...and spiders!).

Wasn't going to insulate the walls so just checking that I'm not going to get dry rot due to ventilation problems.

I wouldnt bother plasterboarding the walls, lofts tend to be cold wet places so unless you are doing a propper full conversion, you may be better off just boarding the joists
