I have a 30 year old loft conversion that had felt & pitch roof.
After one re-roofing & failing replacement builder advised GPR.
One layer of fibreglass bonded with Topseal & Cureit.
After the snow, some leaks appeared & now come if there is heavy rain.
About 3 drops per minute. Roof seems in good condition, no obvious cracks or pinholes. Shallow puddles where the water drips from.
My question is should I sand down affected areas then apply another top coat or should I add a second layer of fibreglass & resin? Job was done 15 months ago & the builder has left the country!
Thanks for any help,
Peter
