loft insulation/thermal bridging

hi all, I have installed the 100mm cellotex between rafters and now have to put 25mm cellotex under for thermal bridging. My question is should I be taping the 100mm cellotex now before I put on the under insulation or do one lot of it once the 25mm/under insulation is installed?

I taped both. Worth the extra time now for peace of mind latrr
