Log cabin/crack den refurb

We bought a house and found this at the top of the garden, it looked like it had been lived in at one point. We weren't sure of it was salvageable so pulled off the roof and lifted the floor.

It seemed solid enough so we raised the roof with some old joists and reboarded the floor with some boards from in the house. We also put a new roof on.

Its cosy now but I don't know weather to insulate it and clad it with something?

As it is now, the kids seem to like being in it and on it!!

I would insulate it personally and turn it into a guest room/play room. Saying that, I rarely have guests, so it would be pointless for me! Great work though, it looks brilliant!
