I built a log cabin/garden room last Autumn and it looked good to start with. This year the 2 external front corners have moved and twisted (see photo). I have removed a window frame to see better what has happened but cant get the logs back in line. Apart from taking it to bits I don't know how to fix this?

I have assembled a few log cabins in the past. Was this off the shelf or did you machine it yourself?

I have never seen ones with thin returns.

The ones I assembled, the timber was the same thickness all the way around and they didn't have any plywood inside.

More pictures from further away might help, but I would think you need to sort one row at a time after removing the top few rows
