Logic combi 24 showing fault L3! Help needed!

If anyone can help or advise me what to do , I’ve a Logic combi boiler 24 showing fault L3 . No heating or hot water . It has been dripping small amounts of water I would think for several months from underneath - which I’ve stupidly ignored .
My question is will this be a simple repair job , I think it’s the heat exchanger that is needing attention or possibly replacing. Or is it going to be a new boiler . The existing boiler is about 10 years old . Funds are an issue due to Covid so any advice would be very much appreciated

I'm afraid you will need to get someone out as I think L3 is no flow detected (IIRC), hopefully it will be a simple repair for you.

what pressure is the guage showing ?

Pressure is on 1.5
