Logic is a male concept!

OK, so logic is a male concept?
Pleae solve these for me then, please

A) # The man in the Elevator
A man lives on the tenth floor of a building. Every day he takes the elevator to go down to the ground floor to go to work or to go shopping. When he returns he takes the elevator to the seventh floor and walks up the stairs to reach his apartment on the tenth floor. He hates walking so why does he do it?

B) # Swimmer in the Forest
Deep in the forest was found the body of a man who was wearing only swimming trunks, snorkel and facemask. The nearest lake was 8 miles away and the sea was 100 miles away. How had he died?

A) the guy is too short to reach the 10th floor button,

B) Guy was scooped up by a fire dousing helicopter (terrible, urban myth BTW)

Yes blokes are more logical. (oh, and more boring for it, vive la difference)

No, just proves blokes cheat more (you read the solutions here)

Sadly no, not true.

Sorry, anyway, logically wouldn't it be more logical to research than reinvent the wheel, (presumably a male invention)

Unfair use of logic to find Woody's gender.......Umbrage taken. ;)

How many characters in Buckinghamshire ?

It doesn't state on what floor he gets the elevator to go down , so it could also be that the elevator only goes to the seventh floor.
Possible if one of the Hydraulic Ram types, smooth ride but limited to how high it can go.
