Like, I said, Surrey men have a long history of bad behaviour. It's still happening today. You must have seen the news reports.

A recent report from the Scottish constabulary has high lighted a potential cause for concern in the Perth area several train passengers using the service in the morning rush hour have reported seeing several men on several occasions having what they described as intimate relations ? with certain animals in the fields near the rail way line .

A source from the constabulary who wishes to remain anon' stated that several goats & sheep were involved. The police are carrying out DNA tests on the animals in order to I.D the culprits

It has been alleged that a lady who wishes to remain anon' but is a leading member of the Perth womans institute has called an emergency meeting in order to discuss the issue. All members voiced there total disgust. I member who has lived in the area for 66 years said she has never known any thing like it & even suggested that it may be an epidemic.

A leading medical expert who wishe's to remain anon' suggested that one of the reasons could be genetic ?? linked to bad diet i.e deep fried battered mars bars , haggis & irn Bru

It should be noted that the above medical evidence is at this time speculation
 
Have these Surrey men flown any planes into tall buildings in Godalming, liquidised passengers on Egham's buses, used an HGV to crush little children into the tarmac in Woking or organised widespread paedo rings in Guildford or Leatherhead?

No, didn't think so.

The OP's not only very disingenuous, but more than a little barking (yes, Essex, not Surrey).

Nearly 1 in 4 were rogues...meaning more than 75% were honest and truthful and didn't put a foot wrong.
