In principle, yes. Use a fall of 1 - 1.5º, ie 50 to 75mm over the whole length, and use a vented trap. That's one with a valve to let air in, which avoids the plug of water in the pipe "pulling" all the water out of the trap. Any more than 3m you'd use 50mm pipe.
