Looking for a pressure pump not in excess of 12l/min

OK, I have a solution, and I thought I should give you all an update - firstly as a courtesy to those who have kindly tried to help me, and secondly for the benefit of anyone in the future searching for low-flow pumps for exactly the same reason as me.

I have been speaking to the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (http://www.wras.co.uk). They're the people responsible for advising and educating people in the UK about the water regulations. I asked them for advice, and they directed me to a very useful page:

http://www.wras.co.uk/Directory/fittings_list.asp?Section=1610

On the above page is listed all water pumps which have been tested and approved by WRAS - and it can be seen that there are several which are listed as under 12 litres per minute!

I decided to go for the Bristan Duraspeed 70: WRAS was kind enough to explicitly confirm that it is permissable to connect such a pump to the mains, as it complies with the regulations.

So.. problem solved. Just thought you should know. Thanks everyone.
