The pictures show the plastic clip circled in yellow that has broken after just over a year of use. (The door therefore does not clip in and sags open).
Elegant - the manufacturer- say they do not provide parts which is puzzling as they provide all the parts for the overall product. The broken clip is part of a slightly bigger component circled in red, 5BD12.
I have not got the picture of the actual broken one but the clip is broken at the right angle of the little clip.
I’ve tried the supplier and the manufacturer, that after searching the internet with no luck.
Does anyone know if these parts are available? It’s held in with an Allan screw.
I can’t believe the tiniest of parts means I might need to buy the whole door assembly.
