You can get your haz-chem stickers from Arco or BOC.

I'm sure your aware but the store needs ideally at least venting or better still a full height steel mesh(or solid bar) type door.

The step cutter nozzle (on your link) is very good for sheet metal, it lets you rest the tip on the job and is really easy to use.
