Looking for help with a Heater / Boiler issue

Hi, recently my heater is refusing to light up.

The lights are on and it's set to heat water and central heating however the fire, that's usually on, isn't lighting. I'm not sure if any of the switches got turned off or something so I took pictures of the boiler and the Heater to ask for some advice. I can hear the boiler making noise but all the pipes are cold and when I lie down to sleep, I hear a faint "mmmmm" noise which I didn't used to hear and that makes sleep quite difficult.

Could be a couple of things on a golden oldie like that, one in particular, what make/model is the boiler?

Even then though, you are going to need a gas engineer in to sort it out.

Thanks for your reply however it seems that I managed to fix it by checking through the manual and reigniting the heater!
