you'll find that twinwall polycarbonate or similar is surprisingly expensive.

Finding and reusing old double glazed panels may be cheaper and look a lot better but obviously will not work on a large scale as easily.

A simple lean to type with polycarb roof would be straight forward.

Unless you want something deliberately a bit 'different' I strongly suggest that you simply look in the local ads or on ebay or Gumtree for a secondhand aluminium greenhouse. As long as the structure is undamaged it's fine, and don't worry if a few panes of glass are missing or dirty as these can easily be cleaned or replaced. Also, if it has a sliding door make sure this runs freely or it can be tricky to repair. These houses are usually constructed like Meccano so can be dismantled in a few hours and the metal is featherweight so can be strapped to the roof of your car if necessary to take it home. Spare parts like bolts and clips are easily available.
I remember building my own wooden 'greenhouse' out of scrap materials many years ago, and not only was it far more difficult to build than I could have ever imagined but the scrap translucent plastic I used was not plant friendly in terms of light transmission so nothing grew well in it either! A huge waste of time and effort. Beware!
Hope this helps.

A second hand aluminium greenhouse , that brings back memories .My father acquired one years ago for me and dismantled it . However , his labelling system left a little to be desired. The frame was pretty straight forward but the glass was a pig , he'd labelled a piece as " left" or " right" and that was that. Add to that a few pieces were missing or damaged and I ended up having to almost make it up as I went along :D . Still got it though.
Fast forward a few years and someone asks me how much to remove her green house , wooden but starting to go rotten in a couple of places. So I takes it down , charges her , and repairs it and sticks it up in my garden.
