Looking for replacement nylon guide rollers / tyres for an old aluminium bifold door.

The door has a 4-wheel bottom carriage. The black nylon outer tyre has come off the steel bearing. I need 3–4 replacements.

Approx wheel size:

outer diameter: around 23 mm
bearing appears to be 625 type (5x16x5 mm)

Important:
These are NOT shower door rollers and not wardrobe rollers. They run directly on an aluminium track and carry the weight of a heavy bifold panel.

Does anyone recognise this old bifold roller system or know where replacement nylon tyres / wheels can still be sourced in the UK?

I'll have a hunt around but why do you say UK, has this bifold come from europe, Poland perhaps? Have a look and the hinges, maybe there's a makers name cast into them

If the bearings are OK and you cannot find anything then perhaps look to the 3D printing community, that looks relatively easy to design and print, then you can just find some new bearings & bond them together.

There's plenty of 23mm wheels on ebay

I haven’t found anything that would suit me. There are only wheels for 3D printers and shower cubicles. But they won’t be able to support a load of 150–180 kg
