Horrible little things these were, if one wheel disintegrates or a bit of grit gets inside they sound horrible, not sure if you can get them now, in the past I upgraded these to the more conventional rollers as a pair, just pop one out and measure the width and depth and take a look on google images, Northwest hardware or DG Supplyline are good starting points
