Looking to seal a concrete tile roof

im looking to seal my roof as it attracts far too much moss,
its been cleaned and i want to use an impregnating breathable sealer,
I ahve seen 2 online, 1 from smart seal and the other from floor seal, they both seem to do the same thing
any other ideas or suggestions ?
