where in herts?

if your near id have a look but not this side of crimbo

else ive got plenty of good contacts
Hertfordshire is Jim Franklin's stamping ground, isn't it?

yeh we were almost on eachothers doorstep, not for a fair while now though

it wasnt you was it that I bumped into at Barnet electrical Mart.
Duly I asked about whether he was interested in some work and his response was not this side of crimbo. Bit of dejavu

note that 3 phase split load unit are hard to get inflexible (you'd have to replace the entire huge pan assembly rather than a simple metal bussbar to change the split) and expensive and full RCD is really not considered advisible so i can't see much choice but to use rcbos for any cuircuits requiring rcd protection (or use rcds at the point of use but that can get even more expensive).

And he doesn't come here much any more - seems to spend most of his time ranting on the General Looney^H^H^H^H^H^HChat forum.....

it can send you insane bas!

webby, im near watford, im more than happy to take a look when im on my way to hendon in the next couple of weeks if you want

as for advice, id install a mem or hager 6 way (maybe 8 looking at it)
whack the sockets on an rcbo, if using mem then you just clip a pod on which is nice, Rcbos bump the price up about 45 - 50 quid a pop so used sparingly on 3 phase installs!

ofcourse, there is no reason other than possibly space that you couldent have two 4 3 phase way boards one supplied by main switch and other by 30mA m/s
