Imagine the hypothetical scenario...........

A young woman gives birth to five children, by five different fathers.
From the outset she lied to the fathers on the nights of conception, about being 'sterilized' or on the 'pill' (or any other form of contraception), purely to gain from a very lucrative income from each father as child maintenance. (huge amounts depending on how much they earn).

So.................Why do these women seem to be immune from prosecution.?? Why arn't they charged with profiting by deception, or fraud.????.......
Am i on to something here......or am i wrong...????? :?

First thought to mind.

Are you a victim?

Take your point though.

Wife has just said bloke should have worn a condom anyway to protect from STD's so its his own fault!

Have you thought of DNA profiling? what if all five of the accused fathers could not provide a positive DNA match?

"And so Mr LMB can you provide documented proof/evidence that my client stated she had been sterilised/was on the pill/injection/HRT on the night that conception is alleged to have taken place?"

Wotan

Ah yes......but we have to assume she is a calculated, clever/devious individual and hand picked her prospective fathers according to their income. Therefore she would know exactly who each father was as she had slept with only that father, that year.

"objection m' lud........... I have five prosecution witnesses that will testify to that fact"......... The defence is clutching at straws.......... !

Imagine the scenario .
You are with one of these manky slapper birds, after doing the business you pull out only discovery a split johnny hanging on the end of your kn#b .
Then you suddenly realise that you never had one on to start with.

Yuk yuk yuk yuk yuk........ ad infinitum.

But the point I was making was, if she was that promiscuous, who's to say she did not sleep with ten men, and of the five accused there was no DNA match, where would that leave her?
If I were one of the accused fathers, I would sure as hell want positive proof, not just a supposition.

A mum is being interviewed by the benefits office.

"How many children do you have"

"Seven"

"And what are their names"

"Billy, Billy, Billy, Billy, Billy, Billy and Billy"

"Does'nt that get a bit confusing?"

"Nah, makes life simpler, when I shout Billy you're dinners ready, they all come running. Or Billy time for bed, they all go off together"

"But what if you want to call one them individually?"

"Oh, then I use their surnames" :D
