Hi,
About 2 years ago, the housing association installed a new kitchen, and I saw they laid a plywood subfloor before putting vinyl tiles on top. In the center of the kitchen now, although the tiles are stuck very firmly in place, the floor is loose. I think the subfloor has become detached from the concrete? Thing is, I don't know what they used to hold the boards in place. How can I fix this without ruining the center of the floor?
Cheers!
